What is contained in the letter from Santa?
Each letter is individually written to include your child's accomplishments, the gifts they most want for Christmas, and any additional personal information that you choose to include.

Will my letter have a special postmark?
If your order is placed by December 9th, it will be postmarked from Santa Claus, Indiana, and carry this year's special commemorative postmark design. You may of course place orders after that, but they will bear a normal postmark.

How may I pay for my order?
You may use your credit card or Paypal account.

Do you offer discounts for multiple letters?
Absolutely! Each letter after the first is discounted two dollars off the regular price. Please be sure to order all letters at once to take advantage of this discount.

Where may letters be sent?
We can send a letter anywhere in the world. To see where we have delivered letters already, please visit our interactive letter map.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

When will my order arrive?
Unless you make a special request otherwise, all letters are mailed out starting the first week of December. This ensures that they arrive before Christmas, but that the Christmas season is in full swing by the time that the letter arrives. If you place an order after December the 9th, it is typically mailed out the next business day.

If I order more than one letter, will they be the same?
Absolutely not! Each letter is individually composed. If we sent form letters to multiple children in the same household, it would kill off the magic.

Do you share or sell my personal information?
We do not share, sell, or otherwise use your personal information for any other purpose than to write your letter, mail it out, and communicate with you directly.
